Payment methods accepted

I accept Paypal and money orders. I have two paypal accounts one for use with credit card payments and one for non credit card payments that saves me the associated fees for using paypal. Personal checks are not accepted period.

My animals are sold on a first come first served basis. I do not bother with deposits on babies that have not hatched. I do keep waiting lists when necessary, and when I have hatchlings available I start at the top of the list.
Animals will be held a maximum of five days awaiting payment. After this they will be released for sale.

Deposit policy

I will accept deposits to hold animals in most cases. The amount required and the length of time I will hold the animal will be determined on a case by case basis. Deposits are non refundable. This means if you change your mind, or fail to complete the transaction within the agreed upon time frame, you will forfiet the deposit and the animal will be available for sale.
I don't mind holding animals, but you need to be sure you want it before sending a deposit.

Shipping Method/Charges

I primarily ship using FedEx. I am also a verified shipper through Delta so that service is available as well.
There is no box or packing charge, nor any charge for hot/cold packs when needed.
Shipping will not be done when temperatures anywhere along the route are either below 40°F or above 95°F.

Delivery/Health/Sex Guarantee

I will guarantee live arrival of all animals shipped unless stated otherwise due to unusual circumstances. FedEx does not guarantee live arrival, so any problems must be addressed to me directly.
I offer a 7 day health guarantee on all hatchlings. If an animal dies within 7 days of receipt, your money will be refunded. Claims involving the death of an animal must be accompanied by proof of death in the form of pictures of the body.
FedEx delivers to your door, and for my live arrival guarantee to apply someone must be there to accept the package, and ensure its proper handling.
I guarantee all hatchlings I sell to be properly sexed. I do however hatch a number of snakes every year and it is possible for me to make a mistake. Any missexed animal will be replaced or refunded at my expense. I must be notified of any sexing errors within 7 days of receipt.
No guarantees other than live arrival apply to wholesale orders.

Trades

Unless I know you, either personally or by reputation, or someone I know can vouch for you, you will be required to ship first in trades. I have numerous references and can supply them on request.

Sales to anyone under the age of 18 requires parental consent via telephone.
